They also explore the living conditions should a state Governor declare martial law in a city or state to qualm the riots. What would complete military control of citizens lives look like? How would life be if the military controlled your job, your school, all transportation, shopping and government. 

It's a tough topic to discuss, but one that should be considered if you want to adequately prepare for a new Civil War in America.
